The Chestnut Room
The Chestnut Room is located on the second floor, above The Tasting Room. It features hardwood floors, a king-size bed, dresser, chair and ottoman and bedside lamps and tables. The ensuite bath is decorated in classic black and white tile throughout. This bath is spacious with double vanity, separate water closet and walk-in shower. The extra large closet has been retrofitted to include a large bar with microwave, under counter refrigerator with small freezer and dresser for storage. This space includes glassware, dishware and silverware. There is a Nespresso coffee maker, coffee pods, tea, sweeteners and half and half. There is also an electric kettle and a French Press. For those needing a work space, the end of the bar includes a lamp and stool. The remainder of the closet is traditional storage with hanging space, hangers, luggage rack, iron, ironing board and full-size mirror.

Deposit Policy
All reservations require a major credit card. A deposit of 50% is required at the time the reservation is made to guarantee your reservation. Fourteen days prior to arrival we will charge the full balance for the stay.
Cancellation Policy
Initial deposits of 50% are taken at the time of booking and are non-refundable within thirty (30) days of arrival. The full room rate is non-refundable within fourteen (14) days of arrival.

All room rates are based on a maximum of two adults per room.
No daily maid service. While linens and bath towels are provided, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
The Owners are not responsible for any loss or damage to Guest’s personal property to include vehicles and property left in vehicles. Items left in the premises will be returned where possible at Guest’s expense.
The Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the Guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all Guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
